With this understanding we provide effective approaches to resolving conflict and promoting ongoing fulfilling relationships for married couples, parents and children, social and work related connections. When conflict and failures in communication arise people suffer in ways that effect physical health, result in addiction to alcohol or drugs, and overall ability to function. With effective psychotherapy and psychological education clients learn to Create relationships that work. We have studied the dynamics of relationships and have years of experience working with couples and families.

Enlightenment
Made Easy

Since its publication on Amazon kindle and in paperback, Enlightenment Made Easy has been rated as a five star book. This book was inspired by the work of Douglas Harding, a British philosopher who developed a way of perceiving that is akin to many spiritual teachings and practices. Dr. Parrish elaborates on the significance of this way of “seeing” and the implications for living in a world that is suffering from a collective dysfunctional mindset. Enlightenment is considered to be a very desirable state of consciousness. This book reveals how such a state is easily recognized and readily available to us all.

Have a fulfilling life now.

Very often people feel resigned to the life they are living. Often people consider it unrealistic to expect life to be fulfilling and satisfying. People typically look to the future to have life work, “when things change for the better.” Realistically speaking there is only now, when the future comes it will be now. We work with people to have life work immediately not when things change. This work involves learning about meditation and mindful living. It is based on wisdom based traditions that are thousands of years old and are the basis of contemplative practices that are proven to have a profound effect on the way we see ourselves and our life.
