What we do
We provide psychotherapy and teach moving and sitting meditation practices. This combination of mind/body work has proven to be the most effective approach for common issues of anxiety or depression, as well as relationship issues. With over 25 years of training and experience with individuals, couples, and families and extensive experience in teaching meditation we have consistently produced results. Our approach is based on leading edge behavioral science utilizing a combination of treatment models with a mindfulness emphasis. Our clients learn skills for living that provide a lifelong foundation for well being. We are also experienced in working with bipolar clients, clients with addiction issues, and trauma.
